## **Why doesn't ANUBIS have a hard cap?**

There's currently no hard cap on the supply of ANUBIS token, making it an inflationary token.

Community members often point to this as a cause for concern.

we do not believe that there is any need to worry because through mechanisms we will be able to combat inflation.

So what are the other ways ANUBIS' supply is limited, to counter inflation?

## **How is the ANUBIS supply reduced without a hard cap?**

We aim to make deflation higher than emission by building deflationary mechanisms into AnubiSwap's products. The goal is for more ANUBIS to leave circulation than the amount of ANUBIS that's produced.

### **Reducing block emissions**

By reducing the amount of ANUBIS made per block, we slow inflation. Every day the emission rate is reduced by 3%.

### **Deflationary mechanisms**
